Andrea Christmas is a dedicated, passionate, and highly experienced Physiotherapist with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She has dedicated her career to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care, with extensive experience in trauma, burns, and critical care physiotherapy. Andrea graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2008 and completed her community service at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital, where her passion for critical care physiotherapy was first ignited. Following completion of Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy (CPT1), she further developed her expertise at Netcare Milpark Hospital Level 1 Trauma Centre, where she has been practicing since 2010. Over the years, she has developed advanced skills in the management of complex trauma cases and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. As a Director and Clinical Lead within the Moira Wilson Physiotherapy Practice, Andrea provides strategic leadership and clinical oversight, driving excellence in patient care while fostering the professional development of the team. Her leadership is focused on maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and delivering patient-centred care. Andrea is passionate about education and mentorship and is dedicated to supporting the growth of future healthcare professionals. She has supervised third- and fourth-year physiotherapy students from the University of the Witwatersrand and actively mentors colleagues within her team, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. Her work reflects an unwavering commitment to advancing evidence-based practice and improving patient outcomes through research, clinical excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning.

Tatum is a physiotherapist who obtained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2017. She began her clinical career at Heidelberg District Hospital before joining Moira Wilson Physiotherapy, where she developed extensive experience in the management of patients with acute trauma, burns, and neurological injuries. Tatum has a particular interest in critical care and acute trauma physiotherapy. She currently serves as a Director of Moira Wilson Physiotherapy and as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist based at Netcare Milpark Hospital, one of South Africa’s leading Level 1 Trauma Centres. In this role, she provides specialised physiotherapy services to critically ill and severely injured patients while contributing to the strategic and clinical leadership of the practice. Alongside her clinical responsibilities, Tatum is actively involved in the education and supervision of undergraduate physiotherapy students from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is also involved in clinical research within the trauma and critical care setting, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based physiotherapy practice. Through her leadership, teaching, research, and clinical work, Tatum is committed to advancing physiotherapy practice and improving outcomes for patients with complex trauma, critical illness, and severe injury.

Erin Gradwell Erin completed her honours in physiotherapy at the university of the Witwatersrand in 2020. She has been part of Moira Wilson Physiotherapists for 3 years and enjoys the critical care environment. Erin prioritizes supporting patients with compassion and patience through every stage of recovery. Outside of work, Erin enjoys CrossFit, reading, spending time outdoors, and quality time with family; reflecting a commitment to health, wellbeing, and balanced living.

I have been part of the MW Physiotherapy team since January 2025, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of patient presentations. I am driven, dedicated and intentional in my approach to patient care, with a deep commitment to combining evidence-based practice with patient empowerment. My work is grounded in compassion and practical solutions that support meaningful recovery, restore function, and improve quality of life.

I obtained my Physiotherapy degree from the University of the Witwatersrand ,B.Sc (Hons) in 2014 then went on to complete my community service at George Mukhari Hospital in the North of Pretoria in 2015. Johannesburg always felt like my second home so then moved to Chris Hani Baragwaneth hospital in the South of Johannesburg in 2016 were my interest in ICU began. I began to locum in the private sector in 2018 and soon after some years I began to locum for this very practice in 2021 and that’s were my foudness for Trauma began and I have since then been working for the Moira Wilson practice on a permanent basis since 2025. I truly enjoy working in the trauma ,Burns and Neuro ICUs where we get to give our patients back their independence ,autonomy over their lives and return them back into their communities and jobs as able beings.

I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, having completed postgraduate courses in the respiratory management of critically ill patients and strapping techniques. I enjoy combining evidence-based practice with compassionate, patient-centred care and hope to further my expertise through postgraduate studies. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants, staying active through gym, spending quality time with my family and friends, and spending time in the word of God. I believe in building genuine connections with my patients and strive to make every rehabilitation journey as supportive, positive, and empowering as possible.

I am a qualified Physiotherapist and graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, with expertise on comprehensive evaluation and management across a wide range of conditions, including cardiopulmonary, neurological, orthopaedic, and neuromuscular disorders. My primary clinical interests lie within acute care, particularly pediatric and adult cardiopulmonary/ICU physiotherapy and adult neurology. I am passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care and am committed to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Through continuous professional development and a strong focus on collaboration and communication, I strive to enhance the quality of care I provide while continually expanding my knowledge and expertise within the profession. Beyond clinical practice, I remain a strong advocate for movement, health, and overall well-being, promoting the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle in both my professional and personal life.

My name is Pearl Nkadimeng, a qualified physiotherapist. I obtained Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2024 from the University of the Witwatersrand. I completed my community service in 2025 at Leratong Hospital, where I gained valuable experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team while managing patients with diverse conditions. I have a particular interest in ICU and trauma related conditions. I am passionate about helping individuals regain their functionality and improve their quality of life. The most rewarding part of my profession is witnessing patients progress from being completely dependent to achieving greater independence through effective, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Seeing the positive impact of I make on patients on daily basis makes me continually work harder, expand my knowledge, and develop the best possible treatment approaches to support each patient's recovery journey

Amanda Naidoo has been part of Moira Wilson Physio Inc since 2018, working in the accounts department as the IOD and Private Patient Liaison. Her role includes assisting with private patient accounts, IOD-related matters and general account queries. Before joining the practice, Amanda gained valuable experience in accounts departments across various companies, giving her a strong administrative and client-service background.

Michelle van Wyk is the Medical Aid Accounts Administrator at Moira Wilson Physio Inc and has been a valued member of the team for over a year. With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Michelle brings extensive knowledge of medical aid administration, patient accounts and healthcare coding. She is responsible for ensuring that medical aid processes are accurately managed and kept up to date, helping patients avoid unexpected account balances wherever possible. Outside of work, Michelle is a proud mother of two busy boys and enjoys fishing, camping and spending time outdoors with her family.
